Everytime you point out why you do not like something they try to justify it by just saying that that’s your natural head shape. I am so irritated. I could’ve literally done a better job at home. I will never come here ever again. you can tell she didn’t know what she was doing because every time she would tell me why she was cutting it a certain way she would mumble. I couldn’t even understand her. It’s almost as if she didn’t want me to understand her like are you even qualified for this job .

Then I was told by the assistant manager to come back in and she will refund the money….. really tried to give me a gift card… no no, we will never go back to a Great Clips! Thanks to Mia, now my son is scared to get his hair cut!

- JRJohn RauschAug 1, 20251.0Was there recently for a beard trim. It went ok till I said,"We're not quite done yet." Young woman working there says, "Oh, we're done." Worst thing to say to a customer. It was as if she were implying,"Hit the door Jack I have other customers waiting." (There were none at the time.) This place is like many others today. They train employees quickly and IMHO, inefficiently so as to "crank out the customers" and make as much money as they can everyday. That wouldn't be a bad thing but what seems to be missing in the training is...remember to be humble ,polite and respectful to EVERY customer so they COME BACK! BTW...I'm NOT coming back to that store. Sixteen bucks plus a tip that really wasn't earned...thats what you get for your money these days....poor service and snotty remarks from inexperienced young workers.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
