- MRMarcos RAug 29, 20251.0Worst great clips. I just received a cut today on 29AUG2025 and asked for a high blended 1-3 with a 2.5 in top for comb over. The individual who cut my hair completely disregarded this and just did whatever she interpreted as “high blend”… leaving the look more unbelted at all and rooster like. I’m embarrassed with this and when asked to blend more I received an attitude. Shaving my head to a 2 all around. 11/1725. Came back for another visit. The cut came out decently better, but I noticed an unevenness after. When returning to correct it, the lady made a comment to another customer, “sorry, some people are just emotional with hair.” Extremely unprofessional. I dot. Know what is the deal if this particular location, but this is place has terrible Customer service. Avoid this place at all cost. I still paid because I don’t believe to not pay workers for their work.. but I am completely dissatisfied. Completely dissatisfied with my cut and will not be going back.

I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she explained what I needed to do to get that haircut. She suggested a different cut and it turned out better than what I thought I wanted. I will definitely have her always cut my hair.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
