I asked her multiple time to give me the amount or estimated amount of my return so I would know how much I could spend but she would not. I ended up just picking a few items n bringing them up to get rang up. I had underestimated the price, so I then asked her if I could grab one more thing then she walked over n said if I was done cause she had another guest so I asked if I could have a gift card for the remaining balance. If she would have told me the amount all could have been avoided. So after telling her that I guess it set her off and that when she told me she didn’t even have to help me and to get out of her store. She was so confrontational . I will never be going to that location again.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
