An employee standing near the Nars counter helped me pick my shade in their Multi Stick and it’s soo perfect. Very happy with my experience at this store and the consultation I received, thank you!

She was so helpful during my visit today, extremely easy to converse with, helped me find everything I needed, and made my life so much easier by helping me find my shade for a new foundation i purchased. - MMMahoganyNov 16, 20251.0Need more training. *There were several staff but only 1 asked to help and ACTUALLY helped. That’s just ridiculous!!! Also, really small store and everyone blocks walkways. It’s a mess. *Best to online shop and avoid doing Uber or Doordash. 🌚🌚😂

From now on only online shopping, where nobody makes you feel like you come to their house and touch their personal stuff… I was making a good purchase, over $100 and asked for a sample of the foundation, just 1 sample…the answer was: “oh, I thought that you are buying the foundation “… well…i got the sample, but the attitude was awful. I also want to mention that cashiers used to ask if a customer wanted to redeem the points and get some “extra something “… not anymore, cashiers are barely looking at you, giving you the vibe that you are not welcome .
