- MMMahoganyNov 16, 20251.0Need more training. *There were several staff but only 1 asked to help and ACTUALLY helped. That’s just ridiculous!!! Also, really small store and everyone blocks walkways. It’s a mess. *Best to online shop and avoid doing Uber or Doordash. 🌚🌚😂

From now on only online shopping, where nobody makes you feel like you come to their house and touch their personal stuff… I was making a good purchase, over $100 and asked for a sample of the foundation, just 1 sample…the answer was: “oh, I thought that you are buying the foundation “… well…i got the sample, but the attitude was awful. I also want to mention that cashiers used to ask if a customer wanted to redeem the points and get some “extra something “… not anymore, cashiers are barely looking at you, giving you the vibe that you are not welcome .

While it took a while for anyone to reach out and help me I was approached by Ana who really helped me work with my budget! The negative part of my experience was when I went to purchase my things. The two ladies at the register didn't even acknowledge me- literally. Instead of making eye contact with me they were making negative comments about me right infront of my face. Completely disrespectful. However, Ana came over to ring me up which I was super relieved about! Probably never coming back to this store, but I really appreciated Ana for helping me.
