Our manufacturing facilities are located on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh, as well as the lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishnabeg, Chippewa, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat. Years ago, I had walked into Lush and walked right back out because it felt overwhelming and I didn’t really understand the products. This time was completely different. Dan was attentive, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the products in a way that actually made sense, without ever being pushy or rushed. He made the whole experience fun and approachable, and I left feeling excited instead of overwhelmed. I was genuinely so excited to go home and take a bath with all my new goodies — which says a lot. Dan turned what used to feel intimidating into a really enjoyable shopping experience. Highly recommend asking for him if you’re in the Walnut Creek store!
