    Ever since this new location opened, it has been my go to Sephora! I am always happy to come in and get greeted by the super friendly & helpful workers there! The young, blonde gentlemen with super nice hair (sorry I didn’t get your name) & Evelyn were the best! I came in around 7pm with my bff was shopping for my friend’s birthday (trying to be quick & considerate of their time bc they close at 8pm) I was attempting to find some of her wishlist items around the store when Evelyn came up to us offering her help. And boy did she help, I couldn’t find the Eadem Guava lip treatment in the home or the new Skylar Pomegranate Princess travel size either which I figured would be sold out because of how viral & GOOD they are but Evelyn PULLED THROUGH she was awesome, checked her device & went to the back to go look for me & came back with products in hand & the biggest smile ever :) Thank you Evelyn & thank you to the gentlemen for making our Sephora trip to you guys so fast, easy & so enjoyable 🥰

    Frustrating experience with Sephora’s return policy. I tried to return an unopened item I bought 6 weeks ago and was told there are no exceptions past 30 days—even for exchanges. I get having policies, but zero flexibility on an unused product was disappointing. I’ve always liked shopping here, but this situation honestly makes me reconsider coming back.

    I had a employee help me today because I needed a new foundation and she literally left to go help somebody else…I then asked for help and when I asked for another sample the other employee told me he had to go to the bathroom…ridiculous…I didn’t feel like they wanted to help me….don't recommend going to this store…I hope they change their ways because they are going to lose a lot of customers this way.

    I am disappointed by my recent experience at this location. Upon entering the store, I was not greeted by any staff, despite several employees being visibly available. As I began shopping, I noticed that two employees followed me throughout the store, yet no one offered assistance, a basket, or asked if I needed help. I feel it is important to note that I am a person of color, as my experience sharply contrasted with what I observed moments later when two white customers entered the store. They were immediately greeted warmly and offered shopping baskets. While searching for a serum, I verbally stated that I needed help. An employee standing only a few feet away ignored my request and continued to follow me instead of offering assistance. After selecting the item on my own, I proceeded to the register, where the same employee rushed ahead and asked whether anyone had helped me—despite having chosen not to do so themselves. This experience felt uncomfortable and indicative of profiling. I have shopped at other Sephora and Ulta locations without encountering this type of treatment. Unfortunately, due to this not being my first experience of this sort at this location , I will not be returning.
