    Sooo, I go in to pick up an order that placed online, and the email I recieved only had the order number and different advertisements for their products. I showed a girl the email and she asked if there was a barcode. I said no, this is all that's in that email. She asked if I had my ID, I did not. That's on me for leaving it in my car. Another employee said that if there is no barcode, I at least need my ID. Alright, fair, I went back out to get it. When I came back, however, ANOTHER employee that I spoke to said that nothing can be done without a barcode. Told her, well, one of your coworkers said that if I don't have a barcode, I can use my ID. She said it messes with their system. I responded with well I have my ID, the order number and I can tell you exactly what I bought. One item. Again, she needed the barcode. Then she began arguing with the employee who said I could use my ID, all the while another employee (one who I consider the VIP in this story) simply asks for my ID, looks at my ID, goes to the back and finds my friggin order. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name, but she was awesome. To her, I send thanks.

    Dariana is so rude. This sales lady got rude when I didn’t want to put all my information for points. She was nice at first until I declined. I told her I wasn’t going to take what I had taken up because she was rude. She grabbed the stuff I had on the counter and tossed it. I won’t be back here again.
