When it came to helping me though, the only “help” she offered is that I shouldn’t come back. She was facing the wall while talking to me trying to dismantle something on the wall. I’m sure that was super important but that isn’t how you treat customers. She didn’t ask any questions. She did not try to steer me to other products when they didn’t have what I wanted. She told me about a product that she knew nothing about except that it isn’t available until Christmas. She ended our weird interaction by telling me, (in a snooty voice) they are different from the full size stores, to which I responded, I could tell.

She showed me the brush she used. Very knowledgeable about the products and what look they can give you. I went in for foundation and came out with a foundation brush and concealer. I went home recommending her to my family. Loved my experience. Definitely going back and so will my family. Very great asset to your company Sephora. 5 stars just for that alone.
