  I made an appointment to dye my hair on Saturday at 1:45 pm. I got a voicemail on Friday reminding me about the appointment. I went to my appointment on Saturday and was told that I had been trying to be contacted on Saturday morning to let me know that if I am not there by noon on Saturday, I cannot get the service. However, I did not get any missed calls or voicemails from JCPenney Salon on Saturday before my appointment at 1:45 pm. I asked if someone could provide the service, but the lady only said they tried to contact me. I wonder why we do appointments; it is not to block the timeframe for doing whatever is planned.

  Teaguen has done Great work on me both times I've come here. Went from black hair to blonde back in May and she did it perfect. Highly recommend seeing her if you're looking to change hair color :)

  been debating on whether or not i should leave an honest review bc my stylist was super nice and sweet. felt like we got along well. however, if you’re considering getting your hair done here…probably don’t choose T.B sorry for the initial drop queen but💔 i would just rly appreciate it if i was gonna book a specific look or similar to mine and i saw this. -haircut is a 1 -service 4 • length is way shorter than i asked •layers & shape aren’t like the picture •did not even blow dry my wet hair after cutting (included on the page for the student cutting event) i specifically showed her photos but she literally just glanced quickly at them, told her “not too short” and showed her the length i wanted to keep (under my chest). she showed me what it looked like When Wet and it looked fine. i wasn’t gonna make a big deal out of it she already cut shorter than expected so if i asked her to define the U shape it would be even Shorter. when i got out of the chair and pulled my hair across my shoulder it felt really short and chopped. i don’t think she point cuts, she just cuts straight across so it’s rly harsh. great girl..if you want to someone to talk to and make you feel welcomed. just kinda inexperienced💔 just saying this bc i wasn’t able to at the salon, kept telling myself it isn’t that bad but when it dried, its pretty bad Lol. never once did she pull all of my hair to the front to see how it would sit. never once did she ask me or show me where she’s gonna cut before doing it. but anyway, i think we need to look at the pictures clients show and not just do what we want or think. also the lady in the front w glasses and black hair has a very condescending vibe. you need to learn how to greet customers.
