  Everyone that works here has been so helpful, kind and personable. I love that they engage with me on new products and new colors that are out and when I ever need a answer for products they always point me in the right direction. Thank you Victorville Salon Centric!

  I’ve been a frequent customer here at Saloncentric for over the last 40 years in the High Desert, Whittier and Beverly Hills and I’ve gotten nothing but the most outstanding customer service everyone so friendly, thoughtful and very helpful. I’ve been visiting the High Desert location for about the last 10 years and again, I’ve gotten nothing but the best customer service. Olivia is the best she’s knowledgeable very helpful and always welcoming when I come into the store she always has a smile on her face and goes above and beyond she’s a great asset for Saloncentric. I’ll be back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Zach was very kind and helpfull! Very knowledgeable and attentive! I had had a previous experience with another associate named Olivia who was very rude, disrespectful and I was followed around the store the entirety of my visit so I was a bit nervous going back to this location but Zach was awesome and so helpful.

  I am writing this review based on the experience I had Monday of this week, November 11 in the Victorville salon centric. I went in for the sale which everyone else did the manager and a couple associates were working. There was an extremely long line and they were helping everybody individually, checking prices for them helping them complete utter most amazing customer service as usual. There was a woman in there who got up to ring out her order. She stated that she was picking up an order for her daughter. The woman obviously was not licensed. She started cursing at the manager and cursing at the associate when asked for identification. she told the manager and one of the associates such disrespectful things I’m surprised and Andrew even gave her the order. I believe as a licensed professional where I shop and I do not bring anyone Who is not licensed into salon centric. I’ve had nothing but issues with the other supply chain, asking for identification when I pick up an order yet my order and my professional license has been used at that establishment. I have never had this issue with salon centric being that day when that happened it was so uncomfortable for somebody who doesn’t even have a license. Who’s in there picking up for her daughter have them talk to the staff. That way was so uncomfortable. It made me anxious. It made me feel like why would I even wanna come in here when people are allowed to act that way we need to have stricter rules about these stylist sending whoever in to pick up Orders. There should be no reason anyone who is not licensed should be in that professional establishment. I really feel bad for Olivia the manager because she was so verbally attacked that day. There were multiple people there were about 11 people in there that witnessed this. I feel that people like that should have their accounts revoked because if you can’t treat people with respect when they are being nothing but respectful to you and asking you for proper identification to protect the their customer is beyond me please fix this salon centric please address these issues because you have an amazing staff and manager that I have been going to since Before salon centric existed since you guys were Malys. Hopefully, you guys make this right and eliminate accounts that are causing problems for real professionals
