I’ve been going here since this location opened but I’m beginning to rethink about continuing to go this shop. It’s becoming a hit or miss situation here. Sometimes you get a great haircut and sometimes like my last visit you get a poor uneven haircut that you have get fixed. Probably going to try somewhere else for my next haircut.

I've been here twice. In both instances I had to wait over 10 minutes after arriving. The first time I went in, I probably had to wait something like 30 minutes, which kind of sucked. I realized I didn't check in online with the app, so one could say the delay was expected. The hair stylist was nice and gave me a coupon for 4 dollars off the next haircut, a kind gesture that I saved for next time. So today I downloaded the app and believed I had everything planned out perfectly. Or so I thought...I check in on the app and it says I have to wait like an 55 minutes. No problem, I thought. I'll do some work from home and then plan my drive accordingly. So then I leave like 40 minutes later and by the time I get there, the app says my wait time is "0 minutes." Awesome! I'll just walk right in and it will be no wait time, right? Wrong! I come in and just my luck, but there's only one worker. Two different people are waiting and the hair stylist is meticulously cutting every nook and cranny to give some kid the perfect hair cut. The other hair stylist is there but on her lunch break. Of course. As for why they call it a "lunch break" at 4:45 pm, it beats me. I tried to politely ask if she was the only one worker. The hair stylist, who seemed to be a positive mood, replied affirmatively. It just so happens that two other people were either out on so-called "emergencies" or called in sick. It's always my luck. This ALWAYS seems to happen on a Monday. If the app is going to say zero minutes, that should reflect a reality, not like going to the doctor's office where you have to wait, wait, wait. It also seems like I tell the workers to enter my preferences into the computer--in my case a 4 on top and 0 on sides and back--and every single time they promise to enter it into their computer and literally every single time I have to go over the same rigmarole as if I'm in some infinite Star Trek time loop. Or Groundhog Day. I give this a three because it was not her fault but probably a lot of it was bad luck. And I'm not going to slam a place when it's unwarranted. But let's get it together here. It's just my opinion but unreliable people are annoying if they're workers because they end up letting other people down. I guess that probably happens a lot in this line of work.
Mens, womens, kids and senior haircuts as well as bang, neck and beard trims. Other haircare services include shampoo, blow dry, or hair styling such as an updo. Select salons offer perm services.
