The woman cutting my hair was very short with me, I wanted advice on how much to cut and she got very snippy with me and irritated. After cutting my bangs, she left them soaked and in my eyes while ripping the cover off my shoulders telling me she was done. I had to move my hair out of the way to see anything and get up, she was already by the register telling me to pay. They normally dry my hair for me and are polite. I was going to let it slide, I even left a tip. But I've been going through some heavy stuff in my life and came there to relax and feel better about myself. But instead, I left almost in tears, with my daughter asking why the lady was being rude to me. My bangs are crooked and also my hair smells like cigarettes, just like that woman's hands. My family won't be coming here anymore. Learn some kindness, Great Clips, you never know what someone is going through.
