I informed the clerk that I wanted a deep condition, I wanted my hair straightened and a cut. After 4 hours of doing my hair I was not satisfied. Not only did it take a very long time but my hair felt very dry and it was puffy. As soon as I walked outside my hair puffed up even more and I was very upset. I just wish I had been informed earlier that they were not proficient in styling kinky curly hair so that I could have found someone who could. I called the salon and left a message with my concerns.
