    The people at this location are fantastic! Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. The store is often short on items though. Frustrating. Thought it was a SalonCentric thing, but I've been to stores in other cities and states and they generally seem to be well stocked.

    This is where i go for my products and merchandise. The gals are always helpfull. Its a bummer that the prices have gone up...especially Shades eq...😫

    I don't usually SalonCentric. If I have a negative experience somewhere, I just don't go back but I needed to leave a feedback because it is important, especially when you are investing a large amount of money, time and your SalonCentric.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears). Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
