They didn’t put one of the products in my bag and then gave me an empty box for another without the product inside. I’m out over $100 and their customer service won’t help me. I don’t know if the cashier was negligent or swiped the products for herself.

When I was checking out, they also informed me about a current 20% promotion—even though they didn’t have to—so I was able to get a discount. Overall, it was a very pleasant and helpful experience.
