- DDDee Jay Dumadag5 days ago1.0The first picture shows the haircut I received at Great Clips on Copper Hill. I believe the stylist may have been new, as I had never seen her before—but that is not an excuse. My biggest issue is that her coworker, who was also in the store, allowed this haircut to happen. I’ve had that coworker cut my hair many times over the years, and she has always done a great job. Knowing that, how could she let me sit in another stylist’s chair and walk away while my hair was completely ruined? There needs to be more accountability when an employee clearly cannot meet the basic requirements of the job. After the haircut, everyone at home immediately pointed out how bad it looked. I called the Copper Hill location hoping to explain the situation and get a redo, but they hung up on me just as I was starting to talk. With my birthday only three days away, this wasn’t something I could simply ignore. I drove straight to the Great Clips at River Oaks Shopping Plaza, where the team welcomed me and showed genuine empathy for what had happened. They completely saved my hair (as shown in the second picture) and didn’t charge me a thing. After this experience, I can no longer trust the Great Clips location on Copper Hill.
- RRRiverOfJordanDec 31, 20251.0Tonight the experience was very poor, I arrived at 7:41pm, almost 20 minutes before closing, I don’t know what was wrong with the lady who checked me in, she hardly acknowledged my presence and was extremely rude when I put my jacket on one of the empty chairs, which I always do especially if the jacket rack is full, the real issue is how she talked to me and she barely got up to check me in; management can actually watch the video, I still wanted to give them my business for the sake of Shane and Victoria, who are our regular stylists, me and my 4 boys, so I asked if I can wait for the other stylist, both refused and said we don’t accept special requests late in the day. There are plenty of other Great Clips locations, and this is actually out of our way but we choose to support them especially we are a family of 6, probably we won’t come back!
