    I had such a great experience at SalonCentric thanks to Ari. She was incredibly patient, kind, and so knowledgeable. I came in with a few questions and left feeling confident about everything I picked up because she took the time to explain things in a way that actually made sense. You can tell she truly cares about helping people, and I was really grateful for her help yesterday. I was also surprised to hear the store would be open today. The staff here is always so kind and helpful, and I truly hope they are able to close earlier next year for Christmas Eve or even take the day off so they can spend time with their families. This location has such a wonderful team, and it really shows in the way they treat their customers. Thank you again Ari for your patience and kindness!

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears). Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
