I explained my request clearly in simple English. The stylist asked what language I speak, but the tone felt unfriendly and unnecessary. When I requested thinning, the stylist responded in a sarcastic tone before doing it. After the haircut, a large amount of cut hair remained on my shoulders and clothing. I politely asked if it could be cleaned, but was told to wash it at home instead. Throughout the service, the stylist’s tone and facial expressions felt dismissive. I still thanked the stylist and paid a 15% tip. I hope the company can help improve customer service standards at this location.
