I visited the store seeking Olaplex, and she guided me through the process of choosing an option that suited my hair type. After expressing my concerns about my hair, she offered me a sample of Karastese, allowing me to try out the product before making a commitment. :)

It has a great variety of products available even the more exclusive newer brands too. Everyone on the floor is very friendly and ready to help you! HOWEVER, Jocelyn who attended me at checkout was VERY HARSH w/ her attitude on something as small as standing in line wrong. It was awkward being treated like this in front of other customers. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this location soon...
