    Why is it that every time that I come here that every female acts like they have something stuck somewhere , I just spoke to a female named Jessica , dry as a dessert. No personality, no hello, no how can I help you. When I asked a question, well she doesn’t know. Just a blank stare with sour prude ugly face. Go back under your rock.

    The most friendliest staff and their very helpful. They give me a call when they are having a sale and will put items aside if I ask. I go out of my way to only shop at this Salon Centric.

    My Fiance and I go here regularly and it's always great. We are grateful that they opened this close to our home in Tustin. If you need a Saloncentric, it's right around the corner now.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears). Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
