    The most amazing 🤩🤩🤩 staff they are always friendly ..always smiling the manager Ana is always on top of her game .. she is always saying the sales and always great customer services ... The others girls they always try their best to assisted you with their knowledge of the products I love 💕💕💕 coming here even tho I have Newport or Costa mesa near by I rather take extra steps and come here .... Amazing 😍😍😍

    Very rude Manager named Ana. I ordered 3 tubes of color and gloves for delivery. The color arrived but no gloves. When I called back I asked to speak to somebody about the problem with my order and she said yes I forgot to call you back because we were out of size medium. I said, I’m sorry that’s no excuse I ordered them and they’re not in my delivery, you should’ve called me back and let me know that you were out of stock. She said yes but I was too busy to call you back. UNACCEPTABLE! I don’t care how busy you are, it was an order and you needed to have let me know you were out of gloves and given me a different size option. She was beyond RUDE! I am taking my biz elsewhere and not bother with rude sales people who have zero common sense.

    Very rude and unhelpful staff. This was my first time going here and it was not a good experience. The manager Brittany is a very unwelcoming and a rude person. I had questions that she wouldn’t help me with and she refused to help me with product knowledge. She’s very condescending and bad with communicating. Wouldn’t recommend this location especially if you have questions.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears). Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
