However, this is the second time I’ve come to a great clips from a coupon for a simple haircut and they will not honor it. It’s always the same story… Not at this location. But their coupons are not location specific. Great clips, markets coupons to you and their stores do not honor them. This is a scam. If the store doesn’t want to honor it, they should take it up with corporate because they’re going to start getting bad reviews for this. I ended up paying three times the coupon price for a haircut. Take it up with corporate yourselves, tell them to stop false advertising. Why am I being marketed to on Facebook? When neither of the local great clips locations honor the coupons? As I left, they gave me another coupon that they honor. Why not just offer it to me as it was a coupon that brought me in? Bad customer service! Update: I paid for my $30 haircut with a credit card that hadn’t been used in over a month. Within 12 hours that credit card was compromised and used at five of the locations. I am having the bank investigate them now.

Only reason I decided to give Great clips a second chance was because of the March Madness sale, which was not even accepted here. Just go to a different place and Ull save urself some trouble.

Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
