She cut almost 6-8 inches. The layers are not blended at all; they are choppy and uneven. She wet my hair prior to the cut and didn't even bother to dry it so I left the salon with dripping wet hair. The salon had a few waiting customers so I'm not sure if they were just trying to get me out of there as soon as possible. I am never coming back here again. It was a horrible experience.
