- ALAustin Levi5 days ago1.0Worst rude stylist works for great clips named Audrey the tall blonde lady she never smiles, she talks down to her stylist she never looks happy she comes and goes as she pleases she calls herself a manager when she left and came back after saying she hates working for the owners that their cheap. I absolutely can’t stand her customer service and I can’t believe that lady isn’t fired yet she just needs to go, she’s rude and takes an hour with her “favorite” male clients. Absolutely ridiculous how she’s still there after I heard stylist have complained about her the owner must really be that desperate to keep her around for that long.

My daughter needed a few inches taken off, and requested a shoulder-length wolf cut. When the stylist got done, my daughter had hair around her ears. She looked like a boy and sobbed the entire way home. She’s extremely shy, and tried to explain multiple times that she didn’t want it too short. This lady didn’t even try to listen to her. Worse, the stylist has very very short hair, and it almost seemed like she was just doing what she wanted with my daughter’s hair. Will never go back here because of this particular hair stylist.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
