  Saw Alexis for a haircut on Sunday and she did amazing gave me a great layered haircut and an amazing head massage during my wash!

  Breonna’s service and attitude on 02/21/26 was absolutely wonderful ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Thank you!! However, Upon scheduling, as a new customer, I was given a $250 total for highlights, cut and blow out. So I paid the deposit ($125), booked and scheduled. The day of service my total was $494. Like WTH😒! That was before my $50 tip for her time and service. No price difference discussion was mentioned as I walked in, during, or leaving from services about the price being different. This is upsetting! As a business owner myself. The last thing I would ever do is give a price and charge the customer double with out clarifying with the customer first that their would be a cost difference and why.. All in all I paid $534 which to me is absolutely bizarre. Breonna I would love to come back but not at a $534 dollar cost. I didn’t cause a scene, I paid and left but to the serenity staff please make sure you don’t give a price and double it upon the customer exiting, make sure the customer is well aware of the cost before hand. That’s totally not ok and had I had known that the cost would have been half of a $1000 I would have said NO. I’m not sure what hair glazing is and I know I didn’t ask for that but it is what it is and Unfortunetly I can’t return at that cost.

  Deanna at Serenity Salon was absolutely fantastic! I initially made an appointment with her for a haircut for myself and it turned out great. Turns out she does curly cuts as well and my daughter has 3B type locks so I immediately booked her for the next day. When I tell you she did an amazing job, that is an understatement. She not only has the sweetest personality, she took her time with my daughter’s hair and spent nearly 2 hours finger coiling. My daughter is extremely shy and quiet and Deanna made sure to listen and execute the style my daughter asked for. If you have straight, wavy, or even curly hair, Deanna is the girl to go to! I will be returning to Deanna in the near future!

  Was the best hair cut I’ve ever gotten, my stylist was Dallas and she did amazing.went in for my birthday haircut, and it turned out perfect. I literally fell in love with the haircut and layers!!! 10/10 would definitely recommend!!
