I have a feeling it was the same female stylists that i had the first time I came here. The back left side has longer hairs than the rest of my hairs in back. This is the same issue the first time i had a haircut here. The second time was a better haircut with Chris. I was hoping he was there that day, but he wasn't. Very easy to use the app to get an appointment and i was the only one on the waitlist. I was taken right in as soon as someone checked the lisy.

She handled my daughter roughly and started making excuses, called a colleague to “check” and claimed my daughter had lice. The colleague confirmed it was just dry skin, but the whole scenario humiliated my daughter. The stylist never apologized or even acknowledged the embarrassment she seemed relieved she didn’t have to cut the hair anymore. Both employees were rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this location, especially if you have long hair they seem only comfortable doing short cuts or men’s hair with clippers. My daughter left upset, and we will not be returning.

However, at my most visit, Tracy is the women who cut my hair. She was quick and super understanding on trimming long hair and knowledgeable about layering it properly. She taught me a lot in a quick time and didnt cut more than she had to off of my hair. She framed and layered my hair perfectly. Im not picky with my hair but I was really pleased this visit and felt renewed from a basic cut! She also did not make me feel like I had to talk which was great for me because I get a little socially anxious. I will definitely be asking for her again! Thank you Tracy at Tracy Grant Line Great Clips!
