- YYY.G03Jul 13, 20241.0I had an appointment at 1:30 and I din’t get sat down till 2. Only for the stylist to tell me she couldn’t do my hair because she was off at 4 and what I was asking for took too long. She spoke to the manager and apparently I told her I only wanted a root touch up when i called to make an appointment which is not true. This place is so unorganized. I will not be returning which is sad because I had a positive experience before this.

I clearly gave her instructions on the length of the hair that needs to cut approx. 4 inches length. But she did too short similarly bob cut, she cut my daughter hair almost 9 to 10 inches. and it looks awkward. for one haircut she took 90mins. It is worst experience. I never dare to visit this place.
