    I saw the hourglass primer on YouTube and thought it might going to work for me and went to sephora westlake to get a sample before purchasing it. Asked Michelle if she can get ke a sample. She put a drop of the primer and gave it yo me. I asked her if she could put a little more in the small container since the amount she put in there is only going to cover my chin! She said that's how much i can get! I gave her back the container and left the store.

    I will go to Nordstrom's in a heartbeat for my cosmetics, as I always have, where the sales people talk to you and answer your questions and ask you if you want help, after my experience at SEPHORA. The staff Saturday afternoon 3-17-18 was only interested in talking to each other as if the girls were at a big pajama party, and putting the customers on IGNORE. My daughter and I had questions about pencil liners and more but NO ONE approached us until they saw my credit card. No service provided other than taking my money. I was offended at their blatant display of disrespect to the customer, their inability to approach clients obviously needing help, & their non interest in engaging. What a joke; look for Sephora in Westlake Promenade to close soon.
