    Nice store and very good selection, they had all the new Hourglass holiday palettes on drop date, I was able to swatch them in store!!! Very friendly and attentive staff. Hopefully they bring back their classes. Loved those.

    I recently visited Sephora and unfortunately had a disappointing experience at the cash register with an associate named Angela. While I was excited about my visit and the products I chose, Angela’s attitude was unexpectedly cold and dismissive. Rather than feeling welcomed or appreciated as a customer, I felt rushed and uncomfortable. I’ve always enjoyed shopping at Sephora and usually receive great service, which is why this interaction stood out. I hope this feedback can help improve future customer experiences. Respect and basic courtesy go a long way, especially in customer service.

    I order my make up via door dash here all the time, and a driver told me how poorly they’re treated when trying to locate hard to find items. In fact, “the manager” lady said, “they’re only supposed to help their “customers.” The dasher I had today was serving 3 different “customers” using door dash. Makes no sense. The driver told me that 90% of the shoppers there that day were door dashers etc. Policy clearly needs to be changed here. Not happy or impressed with management at all. I expect my driver’s to be treated with the same respect and courtesy as me when I come in there.

    Service has gone downhill, I wouldn’t shop here again. Place is kind dirty and messy, we couldn’t get good service anymore and cashier has bad attitude. A lot of stuffs were out of stock. We walked out and went to Ulta, clean, nice people and have everything ready for purchase
