  Dear Aveda Management Team, I am writing to express my heartfelt commendation for the exceptional service and leadership exemplified by Deena, the Manager of your Aveda store at The Oaks Mall in Thousand Oaks, as well as Julie, a member of her team. My partner and I have remained loyal patrons of this particular store, consistently choosing it over others and even driving a considerable distance from our home. This decision is a testament to the outstanding customer service and genuine kindness we consistently experience there. Deena's managerial prowess and unwavering commitment to excellence consistently set the gold standard for the entire team. Her ability to inspire, motivate, and lead by example is commendable, creating a welcoming, customer-centric environment within the store.   Aveda products are definitely decent and good quality but not a fan of this particular store. The most recent manager is colder and has been rude to me in the past. She’s also really inflexible regarding the promotions and less personable. I used to get calls and emails from the prior manager, which was helpful since their postcards get lost in junk mail. It was a much more customized and personal relationship, and I would buy so much product since I got recommendations/advice and samples to try. Now this is just another Aveda corporate store. I wouldrecommend to purchase online since this store experience isn’t anything special anymore.

  Got a hand and neck massage here one time cuz why not, and it was so worth it. Some days you just got to pamper yourself.
