- YVYesenia VMar 11, 20261.0Actually the worst place ever, I went the other day and I waited for 30 minutes trying to get a worker to help me because a other worker was infront of the makeup section that I needed, I had said excuse me but they still hadent moved for me so I instead just waited for them to finish so I can get my produce, when I did ask a other worker for help she was very rude and acted as if me asking was such a inconvenience for her, she was like “what do u need “ in a rude tone and I looked at the direction where the makeup was and she was like “just tell them excuse me😒” and ended up not even helping me, okay whatever that time was the first time I ever kinda experienced a rude worker, I ended up going right now because I still needed the makeup products that I wasent able to get last time and not only where they more rude but they again didn’t help me, which I understand that they could get busy but even after I asked a lady if she could help me after she finished with the customer she was with she still went to go help another person even tho I was first, I know I sound like I’m complaint but after talking to friends and family they always tell me they have a bad experience with that specific Sephora
