The upkeep can be difficult and expensive.. . . not to mention its hard to find someone who really specializes in blondes. I've been going to Brittany now for about 6 months. She's the first person to listen to my needs and wants and come up with a long term game plan. She has taken my lifeless/fried blonde hair and made it beautiful again.
