I had a lady named Taylor or "Tay tay" and she was very amazing helping me with makeup tips and tricks and showing me different products of makeup to use as a beginner. I highly really like this specific Sephora because of their friendly workers and plenty of amazing makeup products. I'd definitely come back someday!
- LBLuthlin BowJan 7, 20261.0One of the younger staff members there has the craziest attitude ever (whatever you do, DO NOT ASK VENICE FOR HELP) . I asked her to help me find a certain brand of lipstick I had seen online. She followed this question promptly with attitude, disinterest, and a genuine display of what seemed to be disgust. She had stood there with arms crossed and a disrespectful face and made my experience awful.

I came in not knowing what I needed, but o explained my skin care concerns and he made me up 2 samples of products to try. I ended up loving both of them, and I just appreciated that he insisted I took samples because I normally don’t bother to try things before I buy. But both the products he suggested ended up doing wonders for my skin, and I loved that I was able to try first before I shelled out cash to buy them. The second part is I want to tell the team at Sephora thank you soooo much for making my daughter feel so special on her birthday. We had a wonderful time there today and the whole staff was so kind and nice and patient with the kids. We really had a great time and we appreciated the service.
