Our manufacturing facilities are located on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh, as well as the lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishnabeg, Chippewa, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat. As guests on this land, we act to repair past harm in allyship with Indigenous People everywhere.

- TMTania Mendoza2 days ago1.0I usually love Lush and have never had an experience like this before. Today at approximately 1:37 PM at the Lush Temecula Promenade location, staff followed and watched my family the entire time we were shopping. After we paid (spent over $100) and were walking out, the store manager physically took a paid bubble bar out of my 6 year old child’s hand, accused him of wrongdoing,turned to me and said “keep an eye on your kids” and then took our paid-for item behind the counter. We had to ask a cashier to return property that we had already purchased. My child was left embarrassed and confused. This was unacceptable treatment of a family and a child. We later called the store to request the manager’s name so we could file a formal complaint, and the staff refused to identify him. I will not be returning.

Tonight I stopped in looking for a scent I smelled once upon a time and had no idea what it was called or if you even still carried it. (Helpful, I know.) But your customer service team is always wonderful and wouldn't you know it, the fabulous helpful, kind, attentive and knowledgeable Jessie found it for me! Avocado Co-Wash! Noel and Kendra were great too! When I got to check out counter they made great suggestions on similar products and even introduced me to a new face mask. I shop with you because your company aligns with values and beliefs that are important to me. And as long as you stay you, I’ll keep coming back.
