I told her I do and it hasn’t gotten better that’s why I’m getting a hair cut she couldent bother and made me do my hair and then she cut it for two seconds only to not finish it I left with it still notted and cut but not styled , I had to remind her todo the bangs wich was why I was originally there.

- JGJaron GargalisJan 17, 20265.0ONLY BOOK WITH ANN! I originally came in for a haircut and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with another stylist. The cut was uneven, more length was taken off than requested, some areas on top were left noticeably longer, and the fade on the sides didn’t turn out like a fade at all. Overall, you could tell within the first 5 seconds of the haircut this lady didn’t know what she was doing. It was frustrating, and I’d rate that original visit 1 star. So, I went back in later in the day to have my hair corrected by someone else and Ann did a great job. She’s the manager at this location and you can tell she knows what she’s doing and is very experienced. Even though my hair was much shorter than the style I originally requested, she was able to even out my length and make it look decent. Once again, only let Ann cut your hair.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
