    Waited for an hour to get on top of the waitlist, and when I made it to the salon they had dropped me from it and had to sign up again. The woman at the entrance told me she had tried to call me, but the only thing that she said on the call to identify herself was “Synderville, Retley”, nonsense that was registered as spam. Edit: +3* for the woman who did my haircut. She was nice and did a great job.

    I have been a loyal Great Clips customer for the same location over 5 years and usually get my hair done with Ahn, who is truly amazing and professional. Unfortunately, on Sunday, Aug 24, 2025, I had one of the worst salon experiences ever with the lady stylist in the last booth on the right. From the moment I explained how I wanted my haircut, she was rolling her eyes, making faces, and showing total disrespect. When I asked her to stop and listen, instead of understanding, she got angry and raised her voice at me, saying: “This is my style, do you want your hair done or not?” That is absolutely unacceptable. I’m just sharing picture of my 2 side sideburns which are uneven, wrongfully cut, and even after pointing it out, she didn’t bother to fix it. This picture was clicked immediately after exiting the store. Even worse – after I repeatedly said NO to pictures, she went ahead and took multiple pictures of me anyway! This is a huge violation of respect and boundaries. No stylist should force pictures on a customer, especially after being told no multiple times. On top of that, she dropped her comb and the clipper guard on the floor, then kicked them aside with her foot instead of properly picking them up or sanitizing. That is not only unprofessional but completely unhygienic. When another staff member tried to apologize, this rude stylist even told her to “don’t say sorry” and brushed her off. That tells you everything about her attitude toward both customers and coworkers. I sat quietly just to finish my haircut halfway through, but this was insulting, uncomfortable, and beyond disappointing. After 6 years of coming here, I have never experienced such behavior. If you have cameras, please check the recording – I am not exaggerating. Great Clips, if you care about your customers, you need to seriously address this stylist’s behavior. People don’t come to a salon to be disrespected, yelled at, and treated unprofessionally. This was not just a “bad haircut” – this was one of the most unprofessional encounters I’ve ever had. I regret not waiting for Ahn like I usually do. She has always been kind, professional, and excellent at her job. Unfortunately, this last booth stylist has made me question whether I will ever come back. 3 year ago: 5 Star Going to this place for hair cutting for more than a year now. I don’t like to change salons and specially my barber. Ahn, a hair stylist, is so sweet and really good at her work. Had to delete old review and add review again since Google doesn’t allow to add a new review.

    Great experience and great haircut! Easy to schedule, the salon was nice and clean, and the staff is awesome - especially Diem who gave me a really nice haircut. I have a lot of hair and it’s not an easy job. I will definitely be a regular.
