The ladies here have extremely poor customer service skills . Just because the location isn’t in a high end area, doesn’t mean you should treat your customers less than , these people are spending their money and should be treated with the respect -Sad .

I was returning my item at Kohls and my wife saw that Sephora was here so she was looking at their deals. They had two workers when we were there and they were very helpful. My wife saw some stuff that she like and they were able to answer her questions. They also helped her with her account when paying. I looked at their cologne options and they have some nice ones here. There enough parking in the plaza this place is at.
- JSJunior SolisOct 5, 20251.0Wish I could leave negative stars. Dawn has the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any Sephora location. My 4 year old son knocked over a display product and she handled it terribly. She yelled out “oh my god call security”. She embarrassed me in front of several other customers by continuing to rant and complain as she cleaned the product off the floor while I helped her and offered to pay for the product. I have never been so embarrassed in my life and I even asked to speak to her manager. The manager wasn’t very helpful either and just said to me “I think you need a couple of minutes”. The unprofessionalism here is off the charts. I’ve been coming here for years and today was my last visit after this
