- LLLinda Le2 days ago2.0Just as others stated customer service here is non existent. If you need help you’re screwed. Plenty of people working but they don’t want to help, they just stand there even without customers. Alexis did assist me as I was looking for something so I appreciate that but as I checked out I remembered I wanted a sample or to get color matched. I was able to get assistance from someone else until his shift was over which I get it, you’re over it. Me too. Probably the first and last time I shop at this location.

My products were wrong and I was overcharged. They put my items aside to pay for at the register and when I went I pay for them, everything was gone and I had to go find everything again. I called thinking management would be helpful but spoke to Anthony the manager who was totally inflexible and wasn't able to provide any solutions or work around. He was totally apathetic and couldn’t care less to try to help me and now my family has the wrong Christmas gifts. 😭
