  I’ve been coming to Pause Studio City for 2 years now. The amenities are amazing, but what really keeps me coming back are the front desk workers, Victor and Mary. They always go out of their way to accommodate me and are really friendly and knowledgeable. They are what makes the studio great and keep me coming back!

  Love this place! Conor was fantastic. The staff was so sweet. Went for my first float. Conor really took his time explaining everything to me. It was a top notch experience at a top notch facility. Highly recommend.

  I’m so grateful that I was able to get a relaxing Pause floatation today! Just what the inner Doctor ordered! As a spa trends specialist I’ve been “there and done that” at the best of the best spas. But sometimes just being suspended in intense magnesium for one hour can be the best remedy beyond a massage or other treatments. The place is clean and sufficiently stocked with basic amenities.And next time I’ll get to check out the street-Sycamore is so cool. Special thanks to MAX! He was very accommodating and knows how to make a new guest feel comfortable and helpful!

  Awful customer service, just spoke to Sarah to book an appointment for hot and cold. I don't remember ever anybody would be so aggressive and unprofessional. I just asked her a simple question about temperature of the sauna, the tone and reply was so rude and defensive that I got speechless. I spent a lot of money at this place, I was nice and polite client. No more visits ever there, will never recommend this place any more. When I asked the manager for clarifications , I was told that that's a usually normal way of talking to the clients:))

  I came here a couple times when my gym Orangetheory fitness collaborated with them for transformation challenge in January last year. I did the compression boots and one floating session. I tgought both experiences were pretty cool, however, I didn’t go back. The main reason was that I didn’t really understand the benefits and didn’t feel any difference. The employees main goal was to collect my information and not to educate me. I would love to learn more about what those procedures were doing, and why I should continue with them. The facilities is extremely clean, everything is well tgought out and organized, they have amazing toiletries!
