  Every single one of my visits to Pause in Studio City has been such a wonderful experience. The service team is consistently professional and the facility is calm, clean, and relaxing. Connor is always so accommodating and thoughtful and goes out of his way to make each client’s experience the very best. I always leave feeling restored, rejuvenated, and at peace. My visits there are a highlight of my week!

  I absolutely love this place. I’ve been coming here for almost a year and have tried a variety of their services. Every visit has been consistently relaxing and enjoyable. From my very first visit, I was impressed by the beautiful interior design and the calming atmosphere. The studio is always spotless, well-organized, and thoughtfully maintained. The staff here are incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming — they always make me feel comfortable and well taken care of. It’s truly one of my favorite places to unwind and recharge. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, peaceful, and well-run wellness studio!

  I was nothin before pause. A nobody, another kid from the neighborhood. But lemme tell ya. Now? I’m a star. My body used to feel like Grand Master Oogway before he disintegrated into stars and flower petals (kung fu panda) but now it’s a fine tuned living machine! I walk outa there feeling like Captain America coming out of the Vita ray chamber. They got something for everything. They’ll make you believe in love again! Living’ll feel so good you’ll wanna make like the Jonas brothers and see the year 3000! Now you may be thinking. “Ryan. What makes this place better than all the other wellness centers I could give my business to?” Well friend, not only is their equipment and services top of the line. The Cadillac of wellness centers, if you will. But the staff… oh you wouldn’t believe the kindness and warmth and grace these humans have. My god! I like them more than I like my own flesh and blood family. But don’t take my word for it. If you’ve ever thought, “I think living in my body could feel even slightly better and I also like being around people that are good to their core human beings.” Go on down and give em try.

  The only reason why I do the IV drips every month now is because of Pause! I seriously love everything about this place. The team, the studio, the environment, the nurses. Everything is so clean & everyone is so knowledgable. I truly feel at home the moment I walk into this space. Before Pause, the thought of someone injecting me with a needle made me cringe but the nurses are super gentle and very knowledgable. Their formulas are also very concentrated and amazing.. I seriously have not gotten sick in over a year now! Thank you Pause for being the best place in LA 🩵🩵

  10/10 experience. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a warm and welcoming energy. The staff is extremely kind and knowledgeable. We came in last minute for IVs and they were able to take care of us right away even on a Sunday. Our nurse, Maybel, was gentle, attentive, and made the whole process comfortable. Both my girlfriend and I felt great afterward. They offer a wide variety of services with pricing options that work for any budget. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Pause Studio City.
