The facility itself is immaculate, beautifully maintained, and feels both calming and high-end from the moment you walk in. I primarily go for cryotherapy and red light therapy, which are top-notch and consistently effective, but I’ve also tried several of their other therapies and have been impressed across the board by the quality of the equipment and overall experience. Booking appointments online is incredibly easy and seamless. What truly sets PAUSE apart, though, is the staff — they are exceptional. Every team member is friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming, which makes every visit something I actually look forward to. You feel well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend.

My body used to feel like Grand Master Oogway before he disintegrated into stars and flower petals (kung fu panda) but now it’s a fine tuned living machine! I walk outa there feeling like Captain America coming out of the Vita ray chamber. They got something for everything. They’ll make you believe in love again! Living’ll feel so good you’ll wanna make like the Jonas brothers and see the year 3000! Now you may be thinking. “Ryan. What makes this place better than all the other wellness centers I could give my business to?” Well friend, not only is their equipment and services top of the line. The Cadillac of wellness centers, if you will. But the staff… oh you wouldn’t believe the kindness and warmth and grace these humans have. My god! I like them more than I like my own flesh and blood family. But don’t take my word for it. If you’ve ever thought, “I think living in my body could feel even slightly better and I also like being around people that are good to their core human beings.” Go on down and give em try.
