- SIS IOct 24, 20251.0I bought this shampoo (BRAZILIAN BLOWOUT)at this salon. Unfortunately, I noticed it too late. In the parking lot, I noticed the top sticker was missing; the shampoo looked like water with foam. There were traces of use under the lid. The consistency of the liquid in the lid and in the bottle was very different in color and thickness. When I returned to the salon, the girl told me this was normal and that everything was fine. She didn't want to take the shampoo back. This suggests that the employees at this salon are deliberately deceiving their customers. I bought the same shampoo from Amazon, the bottle had the control sticker, the lid was clean, and the consistency was correct. I will never go back here again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!! I don't care which of your employees committed this fraud/crime. I don't want to do any business with you. Your business's actions are disgraceful.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
What is SalonCentric's return policy?
Store purchases can be returned to a store with a valid receipt. Online orders of $150 or less can also be returned to a local SalonCentric store within 90 days, except electrical items and shears which have a 60-day return period and are refunded as gift cards.
