  I had the most amazing experience tonight with Stef. I know nothing about makeup annd it’s been years since I bought any. She took so much time to explain products in detail, what products she’d recommend for my skin, and found my perfect shade in a number of different products. She was so knowledgeable and patient, as I asked my 100 questions about everything. Thank you for making my experience there so positive Stef!!

  I went in to make a return and I explained that I accidentally bought the wrong product and simply didn’t need it. After the cashier asked if the product was used, I said I didn’t even open the box because it was a wrong product. The cashier responded with “should I trust you?” in an accusatory tone. Only after that interaction she proceeded to open the package herself to verify it was unused. I understand the need to check returns, but the comment was unnecessary and very unprofessional. It made me feel uncomfortable during what should have been a simple return.

  I had asked the staff for help finding my shade of Sephora collection concealer (I showed them a pic of the exact product I bought last time with its shade). It was brought straight to the till so I didnt get a chance to look at it (I didnt think I needed to.) When I went to open it for the first time, I noticed the shade number didnt look right. They had accidentally sold me the wrong shade. I went there today to ask if I could exchange it for my correct shade, as the product Is completely unopened or used, and I had an account, but they said no as I was a few days passed the return policy. (I had a surgery and was out of commission for weeks after I made the purchase, hence not coming or even noticing right away.) The staff were nice to me, and I understand enforcing policy, however it sucks to be punished for something that wasn't my fault. Especially due to the circumstances, and the product being still factory sealed. Huge waste of my time and money... Would have been better off helping myself in the first place. Not happy.
