  I'm a huge regular here and the staff is always amazing. I adore everyone so much, and though I don't usually need help with what I'm looking for, when I do everyone is stellar and very knowledgable! Love coming here to unwind and browse and impulse shop a little lol 🤍

  I felt extremely insulted and discriminated against by my experience at this Sephora location. If a cashier and a customer are from the same country, the customer is told that, unfortunately, the employee cannot serve them at the register and that they have to wait until another cashier from a different country or background is available. I was told that this is a “policy,” but I find this extremely offensive and discriminatory. I could understand and accept such a policy if it were applied equally to everyone—for example, if Canadian employees were also not allowed to serve Canadian customers. However, that is clearly not the case. Canadian employees are freely allowed to assist Canadian customers at the register, while this “policy” is apparently only being enforced when it comes to immigrants from the same country. I have never experienced anything like this at the Midtown location, where customers are treated normally regardless of their background. Being told that someone who shares my nationality cannot serve me at the register, while I have to wait for someone from a different background, made me feel humiliated, unwelcome, and discriminated against. I consider this a deeply disturbing and unacceptable experience. I was so upset by this experience that I have told people around me about it and strongly advised them not to shop at this location.

  This was my first time shopping at Sephora, and I had a great experience from start to finish. The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. The staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel pressured to buy anything. I appreciated how helpful they were in recommending products that suited my needs. Overall, the customer service and shopping experience exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend Sephora to friends, family, and colleagues. I look forward to coming back!
