  From out of town went to stop by the store and there was a note that they were closed due to weather. It’s raining and a bit windy… come on we live in the prairies. Every other store is open.

  This store randomly closes on a Thursday afternoon and doesn’t put a note out on their door to advise why or give any explanation- not reliable in any way.

  It was an amazing experience. I visited sephora east yesterday, nav was very helpful she helped picking the best foundation.. she was very polite and professional.. thnks

  I went there to buy some stuff from the Sephora sale and Mahmuda helped me a lot with finding the right products and shades. She’s a really sweet girl!

  Absolutely the worst customer service and will never shop at Sephora again. Already over priced but when I bring in a $50 hair product (k 18) that did not work for a return and surprisingly learn of new refund policy. The manager had zero consideration even for the fact some people are from out of town especially in Sask.or that I’ve been VIB rouge for years, some consideration would have been appropriate or fair. I have been a long time customer and now refuse to ever shop there again period. They need to handle their change in policy differently. Basically, you buy, keep it and never expect to be able to return it. Or just save yourself the torture of poor service and never go in there again.
