  I never thought I had to leave a review like this before expecting a really good experience for my wedding but instead I left devastated and angry the manager was good with costumer service but the person doing my makeup was not I kept telling her I didn’t like one of the things she did so I asked her to fix it respectfully and she did not communicate at all she was rude and kept saying that there was nothing there so my bridesmaid had to say 3 times for her to begin to understand but till then she called her manager and when i told her the problem she kept talking to her co worker rather actually trying to help so i had to pay 150 dollars and i didn’t even like the service when i went out and my bridesmaid saw me crying an immediately asked me what’s wrong when I told her the problem and I didn’t like my makeup and when she saw me she physically had to stop and I felt so embarrassed she told me to march in there and tell them she wants to cancel to and when I told them. They yelled well we still assisted u while u wasted our time I never thought customer service could be so rude and I don’t think what they did was right

  Absolutely terrible experience. I paid $150 for a makeup application and the entire service was unprofessional from start to finish. The makeup artist was rude throughout the appointment, didn’t listen to what I wanted, and matched my foundation completely wrong. When I told her I wasn’t happy and asked her to fix it, she refused and insisted it looked good. She then called the manager over, who was just as rude and dismissive. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they both argued that the makeup looked fine. The foundation match was so bad that I had to remove all of my makeup before my event because I looked absolutely ridiculous. Paying $150 to be treated like this is unacceptable. I will never be returning or recommending Sephora’s makeup services.

  Sephora just be hiring anyone now. That girl with the headscarf is incredibly rude and rolled her eyes at me many times when I asked for help. You’re clearly being paid to work so can we atleast pretend to be nice? Had a stick so far up there. Will not be returning.

  Marissa G did my birthday makeup on Friday and she did a phenomenal job! She fully cleansed, masked and moisturized my skin. She was extremely knowledgeable about skin care and makeup. A true artist.
