- JMJJ MoonSep 15, 20251.0I have been going here for years. Mostly clean. One lady I absolutely love. Unfortunately I rarely see her OR I'm not off when she is available. Today I had a pretty bad experience. GROSS to be exact. My regular lady wasn't there. I got Carina. Poor girl seemed burnt out. Luckily they have those papers that say what to get. Mine was all wrong. I had her look to see what one was the second to the last time I was there. I was so glad they had those because to be honest I don't know if she was awake enough to take directions. Ironically a thing I didn't like about my old place was this one lady would smack my head with the razor. This lady seemed like she could barely hold it on my head. Quick though. Which is good because I had to get my daughter from school. When I sat down I noticed a huge mess of scissors, towels and other stuff. All still dirty. I figured shed like clean them up OR get new ones out. NOPE! Picked a used dirty towel up wiped my head and through it down and moved on. I REALLY REALLY wanted to leave but I didn't want to leave with a half shaved head. Once it looked ok enough and she said it was done I got there pix, paid and left. I DO feel bad. I loved this place. I usually tip 80,90, 100 percent. No idea what Carinas issue was. I hope shes OK. And yes I will be reporting this to the BBC
- DSDipali ShahAug 13, 20191.0Carina was my son’s stylist who did a terrible job. Didn’t even ask how short he wanted his hair and his school starts tomorrow and now his hair is too short. Even he is asking to never go there again. I was trying to decide on how short his hair should be and when I tried to tell her she said it’s too late because she already started cutting. I mean it’s not that hard to use the machine again. It doesn’t take that long. She was really rude. And I am definitely not going there again.

Online Check-In becomes available five minutes after the salon opens. We accept Online Check-Ins up to the point where the estimated wait time is as long as the salon will remain open, or 30 minutes before closing time at the latest.

Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
Do Great Clips salons sell haircare products?
