    Absolutely horrible customer service . First associates are there trying on products themselves or talking then when we finally asked lady wasn’t able to match me correctly which I totally understand if they can’t but went to a whole other level of undertones and got upset and pushed passed me when I said I’ll just wait. Another associate actually came out of her way to help me and got me my shade. When I went to the register the girl asked who helped me which i said the 2nd associate she was talking among her and another associate then turned to the rude associate and said didn’t u actually help her and kept ignoring me. Please if you can’t deal with customers don’t work in customer service .

    I had such a wonderful customer service experience at the store with Daniela! She went above and beyond for me, being so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about the items I was looking for.     i walked in 15 before closing hoping to get some pieces before the big sale ended and as soon as i walked in she told me they were closing the registers in 5 minutes and was really pressuring to help me find something (probably so she could close and leave early) this team happens to be rude most of the time when i go there. i’ll go to another location or order online
