First associates are there trying on products themselves or talking then when we finally asked lady wasn’t able to match me correctly which I totally understand if they can’t but went to a whole other level of undertones and got upset and pushed passed me when I said I’ll just wait. Another associate actually came out of her way to help me and got me my shade. When I went to the register the girl asked who helped me which i said the 2nd associate she was talking among her and another associate then turned to the rude associate and said didn’t u actually help her and kept ignoring me. Please if you can’t deal with customers don’t work in customer service .

- PPPandoraNov 10, 20251.0i walked in 15 before closing hoping to get some pieces before the big sale ended and as soon as i walked in she told me they were closing the registers in 5 minutes and was really pressuring to help me find something (probably so she could close and leave early) this team happens to be rude most of the time when i go there. i’ll go to another location or order online
- CAConstance AGOct 9, 20221.0Unbelievable that so many celebrity endorsed lines would be in an establishment that provides the worst customer service and entitled employee attitudes of all time. I have not been in since Rhianna line was new. Everything was on back order and no one was of any help then. Fast forward went in wanting the same product and walked out empty handed once again. Nothing has changed. I don't recommend this store at all.
