They won’t take phone orders even for minimal items. They’re rude about having other people pick things up for me. They don’t know what they’re doing and it feels pretty unprofessional if you ask me. Hair dressers are extremely busy and could really use their help. It seems they just don’t really like us that much.

But today Kassi was amazing! She answered all my questions and gave great recommendations, especially for dry hair. Thank you, Kassi! I really hope you’ll be here next time I come in for hair products.

- QQqueenlilly11Aug 18, 20244.0I really like salon centric. Some locations are better than others. There's always 1-2 employees that like to ignore that I'm even in there. Happens at multiple locations. However there are some that actually know products and are willing to help. I wish you had a better selection of shaving creams and shaving items in general. I'm a Cosmetologist and Barber I hate going to separate stores for supplies. I also don't like that I have to ask " do you have samples today" only once a girly gave me some and I was like wth you have samples?? So I ask and I wish they would see I'm spending $100+ and put some for me. Why do they hoard them? I wish more ppl were trained to know about the products when I have questions. Kinda weird to work there and not have product knowledge or salon knowledge. I got the credit card and I know I spend a gang of money there, however I rarely see any coupons. So imo the card is not worth it. I don't feel like I get anything special for having it no perks to brag about. I'll say my favorite spot is the clearance section. Thanks for having that!

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
