You can tell all the employees here love the products and working there and they all make you feel like you’re family while being so knowledgeable. i’m a loyal lush girlie and employees like her are part of why I love the brand and come back every time.

Their lineup touches nearly every scented corner of a home or office. Yes, you can shop online, but you’ll miss what makes this Sherman Oaks location special. The people. The staff here make retail feel effortless. No pressure. No gimmicks. No relentless upselling. Just knowledgeable, genuinely helpful humans who know their products and respect their customers. Plus the live demos and samples you can't get online. Corporate should be proud of the team. This is how retail is supposed to feel.

I also never saw Max anymore which contributed to trying out other locations, went to the sherman oaks location today and was so excited to see Max and Alex there!! They honestly treat you as though you have been friends forever and I love that. Also anything they recommend I immediately buy, no questions asked. Over all AMAZING experience. Again I cannot express how much I am glad to see them back, the store definitely suffers in their absence. I am a person who will drive further out just to interact with someone who makes the effort to understand what i am looking for and makes me feel welcomed and honestly like a friend. I look forward to visiting Lush as often as I did before thanks to them. If you are ever in the sherman oaks lush store please ask for Max you will not regret it! If you read this Max I hope you know you were missed and you as amazing!!!
