  We made an appointment this morning for around noon. Upon making it, it said 21 minutes until available for haircut. We got there in 18 minutes. However upon arrival, there were 3 people ahead still. We (my son and I) waited 20-25 minutes and still no haircut and barely more than a simple check-in. A person walked in after the 20 minutes and right when he walked in, he was able to be seen since he was one of the 3 on the list in front. Waited another 10 minutes. Then the other lady who was cutting hair finished and right when finished, another guy walked in and got a haircut on the spot (another that was on the list). We walked out right after that. Your appointment system is broken and not even remotely accurate. The staff is able to adjust who gets seen in what order and this place is not at all first come first serve. The other people on the list were 20+ minutes late to their appointment and got to be seen the minute they walked in? We won't be back. We went down the street to Mr. D's and couldn't be happier. Give Mr. D's a shot. They did amazing service. Got seen within 5 minutes and the pricing was more than fair.

  3 employees with open chairs while I waited. One was texting, the other SLOWLY organizing her station and a third who walked in from the back in apron asked if I checked in (3rd person to ask) then walked back out. I couldn’t believe the unprofessionalism. Management should be embarrassed… I think they hired all the same employees from the notoriously bad super cuts that was there. Don’t waste your money.

  Excellent Great Clips Location. Than cut and styled my hair. He's a true professional. His skill set, tools and stylest abilities compare those of a high end Beverly Hills Salon. When Than cut my hair the first time I got so many compliments, I had to go back. What's amazing is in addition to his abilities, they keep track of what they did the last time they cut your hair and can repeat it perfectly. It's easy to book appointments on line - with no wait when you show up, ample parking, a clean spotless facility and a very nice staff. I'm a senior with wavy silver hair, they were also cutting hair for a young man with thick curly hair and a little girl with particular ideas of how she should look. The stylists are skilled in many hair types and can accommodate the full age spectrum. Kanisha was styling and cutting the young man's hair, he and his father were very pleased and thanked her for a great hair cut Topping it off, they have the best prices imaginable. Look at the photo of Than's gold stylest tools, they're gold, just like Than - he's good as gold 🥇 Highly recommend.

  I like how my hair turned out, but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who has a lot of piercings. The stylist brush my ear cartilage so hard that one of my piercings bled, and the other was ripped out of my ear entirely. After this, I asked him to be careful about my eyebrow piercing (he then made a joke about how I was slowing him down). Despite us talking about the eyebrow piercing, he proceeded to brush it hard with the razor comb. Again, my hair turned out cute, but my ear and eyebrow are in pain and I’m down a piece of jewelry.

  Carla did an amazing job. She listened to what I wanted and then gave me the perfect cut. Definitely coming back!
