- FBFrancesca BJul 10, 20241.0This company is incompetent, rude, unhelpful, and above all else, PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE. There was an instance where I feared for my safety from another customer, notified the manager, and received NO help. I asked if this verbally aggressive and touchy customer could be removed from the store as this customer was screaming and making me extremely uncomfortable, and the manager replied, "Um I don't really know if I have the authority to do that". I left in a pure panic attack, trying to process what I had just experienced after being denied help. I should not have to fear for my safety in a DEPARTMENT STORE of all places. This is an establishment I will gladly never associate myself with again and I recommend any reader does the same, for your own sanity and safety.
