  Love the LUSH brand and haven’t come across a product I haven’t liked. The staff is always nice and helpful, the store is always clean, 10/10 would recommend for your new skincare and beauty product stop. Their products are vegan, ethically sourced, animal cruelty free, and packaging is sustainable. You can bring back your used packaging for them to recycle again! They also gave my boyfriend a limited edition lip scrub that wasn’t for sale, since it was his birthday and it was birthday cake flavored. I will be shopping here more frequently.

  Every time I come here, the team is so wonderful. The people that work here are always in a good mood and eager to help. Alyssa is so kind and personable with her guests . Hands down one of my favorite brands to shop that supports clean sustainable organic ingredients that we all know and love.

  I don’t usually leave reviews, but my girlfriend and I had a very upsetting experience at this location. We came from out of town, and from the moment we entered the store we felt uncomfortable. The associates watched us closely the entire time, which felt unnecessary and unwelcoming. When my partner asked a few questions, the manager rolled her eyes while responding. At checkout, we returned one item (something my partner does often as a loyal customer). She mentioned a known glitch in the LUSH app regarding a reward, which the store was already aware of. The manager responded extremely rudely, refused to look at emails from customer support, and dismissively said nothing could be done. While we understand coupons are one-time use, the issue was the tone and lack of professionalism. After purchasing several items, we realized we didn’t have enough space in the bag we brought for the return and asked for a small bag. We were told it would cost $0.25. When we asked if an exception could be made since we weren’t asked beforehand, the manager refused and cited California law. Overall, the experience felt judgmental and unprofessional. My partner is a loyal LUSH customer, and this visit completely ruined the experience for her. We will not be returning to this location unless necessary.
