    Older lady with white hair is very rude . If she doesn’t want to work holidays she should get a different job. It doesn’t look good for the store to have a grinch in the store during the festive season.

    Please please please give our angel Lisa a raise! I was in a pinch and left my makeup bag at home before coming to Santa Rosa for a wedding. I told Lisa my predicament and she took the time to color match me to all of my previously purchased products that I left at home and sent me with samples of them to use for the night. She truly is such a kind and knowledgeable woman and my experience in this is Sephora was phenomenal because of her!!!

    This review is specific to Lisa - an amazing Sephora earth angel. I've connected with her 4 times and she is amazing. She is truly in service with her heart and will only sale you what you need and provide tips based on your budget. She's incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful, kind, and a true gem. I have had good experiences with other sales clerks there and Lisa is a world apart.

    The selection isn’t as diverse at as the Downtown Plaza location but the service is much quicker and people who work here are so much kinder and willing to help.
