  Great customer service from the team. Today I was helped by Vanessa and she was top tier customer service, she was so kind and gracious when doing a color match for me. Vanessa’s service and kindness will be the reason I go back for all of my beauty needs.

  Awful treatment! Tonight I came in 20 minutes before closing intending to purchase a foundation. Instead of offering help, the associate abruptly told me they were closing soon and that I should return tomorrow. Her tone felt dismissive and unwelcoming. As a paying customer, I expected basic kindness and service, especially since I arrived before closing time. Very disappointing experience. A little kindness goes a long way.

  I was just in the store and the woman next to me was throwing a total tantrum about something that she was wanting, and the employees weren't able to fill her request. The employees were kind and respectful even though this lady was being incredibly disrespectful and rude. Even trying to take their pictures asking for their last name and everything. The three employees were being very professional. If I worked there, I would have called the police on this woman. She left the store, went to her car and walked back in as I was leaving. I'm sure you'll see a negative review from her in the coming moments. I'm writing this review to commend the three gals who handled the situation with grace and professionalism.

  What a beautiful new store! Lots of sales help made it easy to find what I was looking for.
