  Horrible experience yesterday. Hairstylist was rude. She did not understand what my son wanted a low fade. She cut his hair from his ear to the top of his head to his Temple. Shape of a triangle on both sides. We asked her if she was able to do it and she said yes. She did let us know this is a Barber's haircut understand. After the service came home and check my son hair. She went to high. Went back trying to get a refund got mad and walk out be for talking to a manager. Took my son to another place got his hair fix best as they can. The way she handled the situation she was just blaming my son. She said he ask for it high she said . That is not true. When she could have told us she wasn't comfortable doing his hair. Easy as that. No one has money to just give away. The hair stylist was rude when I asked for a refund said it's just $14. JCPenney please do better. Please don't have her working with kids .

  Went with Daniela and she’s really good at what she does:)!! As i got my hair done, I looked around at the other hair stylists as well and seeing them do amazing work as well! The environment is so good. I definitely recommend coming to Jcpenney salon.

  Made an appointment for my son for 2:45. Gave them my telephone number. Hung out at the mall for a few hours and have lunch. When we arrived at the salon we were told they could not honor the appointment. Because the stylist was busy with other customers. I suggested squeezing Us in and making her other customers wait 15 minutes so that my son could get a haircut, but the stylist wasn't willing. I was told another stylist could cut his hair for twice the amount of money! Absolutely ridiculous, terrible customer service. I would avoid at all costs.
